Conveyorised Oven

Conveyorised ovens like gas fired ovens, gas fired industrial ovens, electric conveyor ovens, conveyorised electric ovens are best suited to industries where continuous drying/ heating/ roasting/ baking/curing etc. of materials and components is required. Wire mesh belt/ canvas belt/ slat conveyor is provided for the continuous transportation of materials / components through the oven. The ovens can be provided with variable speed and different heating zones having individual control to cater the user's need.

Conveyor Oven

A conveyorized oven provided with electric heating system.
Used for drying ink after printing.
Can be used for shrink packaging and other applications also.

The heating media is an oil/ gas fired burner attached to specially designed heat exchanger.
Double deck conveyor belts are provided in single chamber to ensure double production in the same length

Infrared emitter is selected depending upon various factors like application, wavelength etc.
Types of emitters are reflector heat lamp, quartz tube and ceramic emitter.
Rapid heating of the product and low energy cost as the heat is targeted to the required surface.

Overhead oven is used where continuous curing or baking is required by hanging.
It is widely used in powder coating plants and paint shops.
The track sections, tensioning units and drive units are carefully fabricated to give smooth movement.
The overhead system could be T Bar, I Beam or 4 track 4 wheel according to application and weight of the product.
